This is the key to our entire facility.  This log merchandiser is the state of the art and leading edge in the lumber industry today.

The logs are scanned in at the in-feed and bucked by diameter and cutting pattern.

They are then sorted by diameter and cutting pattern.

After a bay is filled, a front loader places a load in storage bays located on either side of the merchandiser line to then be fed into the hew saw mill.
